Quality of Life at Work

Lyadis’ Quality of Life at Work is a hybrid (digital and in-person) course led by our team contributing to the improvement of interpersonal relationships and well-being in the professional environment.

The digital module ensures a basic level of training for the greatest number of people within the organization

Then, specific sessions of the virtual or in-person class serve to complete the training and implement all necessary processes on themes such as:

• Quality of life at work to the company’s benefit
• Psychosocial Risks
• Harassment

Each training is specifically designed based on the needs and goals of the company to ensure satisfactory results and create lasting change.
