We had a great opportunity to explain to our audience how our customized and off the shelf training products are designed. They were amazed to discover in how many creative ways we can approach the learners and catch their attention using art, surprising scenarios, and the “think outside the box” approach. Especially when it comes to the topics like compliance, corruption, DEI, … that can be very challenging. Also, direct feedback from attendees on your work and ideas is valuable! To be honest, Las Vegas has given us some fresh ideas on… learning. New gamification solutions, attention grabbing activities that help progress even the toughest learners.

Just so you know, Las Vegas is full of surprises. After a delayed flight, two lost suitcases and a credit card that wouldn’t work in any of the stores we were still excited to join the event. There’s no Vegas without DevLearn. So many great stories… to be continued!
